COMMONMINIMUM PROGRAMME
Inresponse to KVS (HQ) letter No. F. 28-69/2007-Acad) dated 04.01.2008 theCommon Minimum Programme (CMP) was implemented in allKendriya Vidyalayas under
TheCluster In-charge Principals were directed to submit the minutes of the clusterlevel CMP meeting along with the checklist for analyzing the progress of eachKV towards implementation of CMP. They were also directed to submit the clusterlevel report in such a manner that it should reflectsthe strong and weak points of the cluster KVs.
ARegional Level Committee was constituted with the following members to analysisthe feedback received from the different clusters:

In the last quarterly meeting of CMP atRegional Level the methods of implementation of suggestion as per the KVScirculars were thoroughly discussed.
Most of KendriyaVidyalayas under SilcharRegion are implementing CMP in true spirit through developing support system,effective monitoring, re-designing the time table, organizing variousactivities as per CMP guidelines. Periodical school level and cluster levelNews Letters are being published highlighting various activities in the Primarysection. All Kendriya Vidyalaysunder Silchar Region will make earnest efforts tobenefit the Primary children in every possible way and strengthen the primaryeducation in the academic session 2011-2012.
